On Thursday, May 23, we took delivery of our Bassanina deck oven and our second stone-mill from Austria! These two key pieces of equipment had been held at EM Bakery Equipment until the day we could safely receive them at our space, currently under construction at 3433 Commercial Street.

Huge thanks to Mark and his team from EM Bakery Equipment for the expertise, and of course our construction team at Chris Lloyd Contracting.
