Our Menus
We bake using freshly milled flour milled in-house exclusively. We don't use any white flour in any of our baking.
In addition to freshly milled flour and our premium dry goods for your home pantry, the Flourist Mill + Bakery serves our favourite things to eat, including our new pizza service every Friday night!
The menu is inspired by the foods we ate and enjoyed in our childhoods, from our grandmothers' prairie kitchens to our family dinner tables. This is the food we want to eat everyday and we hope you will too.
