Highly recommended for all levels
I really enjoyed this class. Although I have been making successful sourdough on my own for two years, there is always more to learn and this was a fun way to do it. The hands on experience of learning to shape the dough was fantastic. Great value, and I went home with 1 loaf of baked bread and one loaf ready to be baked.

Awesome class!
I’ve been baking bread for a several years now (all home-taught) and this class really helped elevate my skills! The ingredients we use in class are also extremely high-quality. I’ve dabbled in milling my own flour, and the flourist flour is just *chef’s kiss*. The instructor is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced baker, and the knowledge he shared was way better than anything I’ve ever gotten out of a book. It was a great experience and I’m hoping I’ll be able to take more classes from them!
