Great class for new and mid-level home bakers
I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to either get started with sourdough baking or who has some experience but wants to improve and learn more. I did this class with my mom. She was the newbie sourdough baker and I was the one with a bit more experience. I wanted to see if the class would help me improve things like shaping and scoring while refreshing my memory as to the process. Happy to report it did all that and more! I also really liked that we got a print-out of the instructions to take home with us, so I didn't have to take notes. Me and my mom were one of a couple of "pairs" who attended the class, but there were also a number of solo folks. Everyone chatted with one another and the vibe was relaxed and fun while also being really informative. It is a long class at the end of a work day, which made me wonder whether I would be too tired to benefit from it or enjoy it, but I am so happy I signed up. Highly, highly recommend!

Phenomenal Sourdough Baking Class !
I am so glad I took this class. Taking this class got me in touch with my roots. It really connected me to my family history with agriculture that I forgot about. It was an amazing experience, I learned so much from Janna, Shira, and Campbell. The whole night was informative, educational, and not to mention fun! I learned so much about baking sourdough. As a beginner who never attempted baking sourdough, I feel more confident in making it at home. This course is worth the money and I am so glad that I took it :)

Home away from home
I enjoyed this class so much! Not only did it provide me with the knowledge and confidence to master making my own sourdough, but the personal aspect is what elevated my experience! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and encouraging; it felt like I was baking at home. To top it off, the refreshments and snacks provided were delicious. I would recommend this class to anyone that likes to learn new skills, or learn more about the benefits of sustainability produced flour products :) Definitely want to come to another class in the future!

Amazing!
I have been wanting to bake sourdough for ages but was just super intimated of the whole process. The team at Flourist made learning to make sourdough such a seamless process, and I really enjoyed the class! The time flies by and you get loads of yummy snacks while you back as well. 10/10 recommend doing this with friends or for a date night! :)

Highly recommended for all levels
I really enjoyed this class. Although I have been making successful sourdough on my own for two years, there is always more to learn and this was a fun way to do it. The hands on experience of learning to shape the dough was fantastic. Great value, and I went home with 1 loaf of baked bread and one loaf ready to be baked.
