Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick-up local online orders?
Local online orders can be oicked up at either Commercial Street or Strathcona! You will be prompted during the checkout process to select a location.
All orders are for pickup the next day.
What can I expect at your Strathcona location?
Our new Strathcona location has a small daily selection of fresh bread, pastries and prepared foods and of course lots of freshly milled flour, dry goods, and kitchen tools!
We don't offer coffee or seating at this location, but we do have our full selection of produce and prepared foods!
How much does local delivery cost?
Local delivery within our delivery zones is now free! If you are not within our delivery zones, you are welcome to order bakery items for pickup at either location.
Alternatively, you can select shipping and purchase items for shipping with UPS or Canada Post.
We don't ship perishable items, but we do ship our flour, dry goods, kitchen tools, and some grocery items.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
Not necessarily! Our delivery team can leave the order anywhere that you request. A porch or front step for example. If you live in an apartment but can grant access remotely we can leave it by your door.
When are local deliveries done?
Deliveries are done daily between 10AM-6PM the day after you place your local online order.
You will receive a text notification when your order has left the bakery and again when you are the next stop.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship flour, dry goods, kitchen tools, and some grocery items to the USA and Canada!
How can I be sure not to miss exclusive offers and new items?
We definitely recommend to subscribe to our newsletter to never miss a thing!
What areas are you delivering to?
We offer daily delivery within Vancouver City limits, Richmond, Burnaby and to the North Shore (North Vancouver and West Vancouver).
I am not satisfied with an item, and an item is missing from my order!
We aim to provide premium products made, grown and baked with care and attention. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
If your order is missing an item, we will deliver it to you or make necessary arrangements to ensure you get what you ordered.
