Made by the Wire Monkey team in Connecticut, this lame will assist you in creating the most beautiful scoring designs on your bread. 

The Classic Flourist Lame is made of solid American black walnut and stainless steel hardware. Ambidextrous, it is designed for ultimate fine control over scoring with a retractable blade for safety. This means no more cuts for blade holders!

Maintenance + Care
Maintain your lame by occasionally soaking it in oil. We recommend using coconut oil. The lames come pre-treated in our oil and seepage onto the paper wrap and envelope will occur! No chemicals are used to treat these beautiful wooden lames.
