I used to make my own hummus. We have bought many. Yours is THE BEST. Light on the tahini but there, no strong garlic taste. We toast Moroccan flat bread with a bit of olive oil, salt and oregano, cut in in pieces and dip into your hummus.
My whole family is hooked on this hummus. Something comforting and delicious about the flavour, texture and we dip veggies, breads, include it in all our bowls Mediterranean or Greek. Really so so good! Ps no garlic hit but there was one made with scapes (I think) that was fantastic too
