Our Menu

Food creates connection

We bake using freshly milled flour milled in-house exclusively. We don't use any processed white flour in any of our baking. 

In addition to freshly milled flour and our premium dry goods for your home pantry, the Flourist Mill + Bakery serves our favourite things to eat, including pizza every Thursday and Friday night!

The menu is inspired by the foods we ate and enjoyed in our childhoods, from our grandmothers' prairie kitchens to our family dinner tables. This is the food we want to eat everyday and we hope you will too.

Available daily from 8AM to 5PM, 8AM to 3PM Thursdays and Fridays.

All options come on a toasted slice of sourdough.

Hummus - 8
Classic hummus, made with Flourist chickpeas. Add tomato jam, 2.

Ricotta & Jam - 10
Whipped ricotta with seasonal Jam.

Avocado - 10
Avocado, lemon, sumac, Aleppo, lemon zest, salt. Add an egg or tomato jam, or both.
