We are so excited to welcome you to the bakery for our new Croissant Class! Learn how to make croissants at home step by step at our beautiful bakery.
All you have to do is show up, and we'll take you on a journey through lamination, proofing, shaping, flour, and baking beautiful croissants made with two kinds of freshly milled flour. This experience makes the perfect gift or enriching personal learning activity. Leave empowered with knowledge, a croissant-specific wooden rolling pin, and your own croissants to bake at home!
