There is lots of free parking around our Mill + Bakery as are in a residential area. We also have 3 free parking spots at the back, there are signs to identify them.

There is lots of bike parking if you prefer to ride.

Pizza Nights are Thursday and Friday from 5PM to 8PM.

Walk-ins are welcome. You can also phone is with your orders or order online.

We are fully licensed to serve alcohol at the Mill + Bakery. See our menu for the list of beers on tap and glasses.

Yes we mill all of our flours fresh every day. We store the flour in the fridge to ensure you get the freshest product possible.

The only ingredient in our flour is the organic grain we use to mill it.

Our freshly milled flours are not enriched with any synthetic ingredients or added protein.

Fresh flour should be stored in the fridge or freezer to protect the natural oils and prevent rancidity.

Stored in the fridge or freezer, your flour will be good for up to 6 months. Flour stored at room temperature is best used within a 4-6 weeks.

Local delivery and pickup orders receive their products the next business day.

We currently deliver on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday + Friday.

Orders placed on Friday through Sunday are delivered Monday. Orders place on Tuesday and Wednesday are delivered Thursday.

If there is a holiday on the Monday the next delivery day is Tuesday.

Shipping Orders
Domestic shipping can take 5-14 business days depending on where you are located.

USA shipping could take up to 14 business days.

We mill all of our flour to fresh to order.

Local delivery orders are subject to rates as follows:

Orders under $40: $12 delivery
Orders $40-$99: $5 delivery
Orders over $100 get free delivery

Pickup orders are free with no minimum.

We currently offer $12 flat rate shipping to most regions outside of our local delivery zones.

Shipping rates outside of our $12 flat rate zones can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

For local delivery orders, we have a team of drivers that will deliver your order. For Richmond, New Westminster and Burnaby.

For most Canadian shipping orders we use Canada Post.

USA orders are shipped with UPS.

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

We offer refunds or replacements on defective or unsatisfactory products.
