Our Mill + Bakery Menu

Food creates connection

Our flagship Mill + Bakery in East Vancouver exists to showcase our freshly milled flour and premium dry goods. We bake using our organic, freshly milled flour exclusively. All of the bread we bake is sourdough.

In addition to freshly milled flour and our premium dry goods for your home pantry, our Mill + Bakery serves our favourite things to eat. This is the food we want to eat everyday and we hope you will too.

Toast


Available daily from 8AM to 5PM Sunday through Wednedsay, and from 8AM to 3PM Thursday-Saturday.

All toasts feature our sourdough bread, baked fresh every day on site.

Hummus - 10
Classic hummus on sourdough.

Ricotta & Jam - 10
Whipped ricotta with seasonal Jam.

Avocado - 10
Avocado, lemon, sumac, Aleppo, lemon zest, salt. Add an egg or tomato jam, or both.

Cheese Dream - 12
Broiled cheese on sourdough. Served warm with green sauce.

Beans on Toast - 12
Classic Baked Beans on sourdough toast. Add an egg, 3.

Deluxe Beans - 16
Classic Baked Beans on our signature Cheese Dream. The ultimate cheesy beans on toast. Add an egg, 3.

We serve pastries and coffee starting daily at 7:00am, 7 days a week. Coffee is provided by local roaster JJ Bean.

We are fully licensed and begin serving alcoholic beverages at 9:00am each day.

Available daily from 10AM to 5PM, 10AM to 3PM Thursday-Saturday. Bowls + salads come with toasted sourdough. Add an egg to anything, 3.

Mediterranean Bowl - 18
Local greens, egg, hummus, marinated feta, veggies, toast, tomato jam, olives.

Halloumi Caesar - 17
Romaine, kale, halloumi, capers, sourdough croutons, vegetarian caesar dressing.

Daily Quiche - 15
Daily vegetarian quiche. Comes with side greens.

Soup of the Day - 11
A rotating vegetarian soup. Served with toast.
