Flourist Whole Grain Rye Flour is milled from organically grown Musketeer Rye from Vonda Saskatchewan. Also know as Dark Rye, this flour contains 100% of the original grain, and is rich in fibre and flavour. Use it in cookies, breads and any recipe that calls for rye flour. You can also supplement sifted flours to add a whole grain rye flavour and nutrition boost.

I recently purchased freshly milled rye flour from your website and I was very pleased with my purchase and my experience. I have been trying for around 2 months to get a sourdough starter going using store bought flours. No success! After receiving the rye flour from you I tried again and in 4 days I had an active starter and have been able to bake bread. Needless to say, I am very happy! Thank you for providing a very nice service.
