Amazing taste and texture
This is my favourite bread. It is wonderful with a hearty soup, as the base for an appetizer or for a savoury sandwich. As a bread baker, it was impossible for me to be consistent with sourdough. One batch would be perfect and the next, too dense or full of giant holes. I was not able to control every aspect of production to get it right everytime. Now I rely on the Flourist to provide consistent taste and texture. Thank you Flourist.

The olive loaf is my fave bread
I have been eating the olive bread from Flourist almost since it opened. It is our favourite though we buy their other breads too. No other bakery's olive bread is any close in flavor.
This olive loaf has the most beautiful crust and keeps well in the brown paper bag.It’s by far my fav local made olive loaf!
