Fresh Pasta Class
This class is an introduction to making fresh pasta from scratch, specially crafted with the beginner in mind. Classes focus specifically on the benefits of creating pasta shapes using freshly milled flours.

Our Fresh Pasta Class focuses on the techniques and tricks specifically required for creating delicious fresh pasta shapes with freshly milled Flourist flours.
In this 3 1/2 hour class, you will learn a basic recipe as well as how to create different pasta shapes using both a pasta maker and pasta making tools. All the required pasta making tools will be provided for use in class.
You will also enjoy a simple vegetarian lasagna served towards the end of class. Light snacks and beverages are also provided. Wine and beer will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
