Sourdough Boule -Great value
The sourdough bread from Flourist is consistently excellent. The crust is chewy and the inside is tender and light. The taste is delicious with only a bit of the sour taste that is characteristic of the genre. They have a method that really works. I enjoy this bread whenever I want a light and less filling choice. It is great toasted as the crust becomes crisp and crunchy. I buy it often.
