Flourist Whole Grain Red Fife Flour is milled from organically grown Red Fife wheat from Vonda, Saskatchewan. This flour contains 100% of the original grain, and is rich in fibre and flavour. Use it in cookies, muffins and any recipe that calls for whole wheat flour. You can also supplement sifted flours to add a whole grain flavour and nutrition boost.

Your flours have made an incredible difference to my baking. As a first time user, I tested two favourite few-ingredient recipes to let the flour shine, and it certainly did. With the sifted red spring wheat I made apple crumble (flour, butter, sugar, apples) and with the whole grain red fife I made rusks (flour, raising agent, butter, buttermilk, eggs, sugar). The taste and texture of both are amazing. Thank you for your great products.
