This is an amazingly delicious and healthy bread, there is nothing else like it in Vancouver. I'm sensitive to gluten and am able to eat this spelt bread without issues. Thanks for your wonderful delivery service as well, so much appreciated.

Perfect amount of seeds

This bread has the perfect amount of seeds in it and very well spread out throughout the bread. Toasted its even better. Its the only seeded bread we get now.

Seeds all the way through

I truly enjoy this delicious bread. It has seeds all the way through each slice, not just on the crust. This extra protein is a bonus for me as a vegetarian. The bread is firm enough for sandwich slices and the crust is firm and chewy. Thank you Flourist.
