SOURDOUGH PIZZA DOUGH AT HOME 

For best results, store the pizza dough in the fridge for no longer than 2 days before you plan to make pizza. Each container of dough contains 450g of dough. This is enough for one large pizza, or two smaller pizzas.

Remove the pizza dough from the fridge. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Oil the pan you plan to make the pizza on. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes on the oiled pan in a warm place, until bubbles start to form. This indicates the dough is ready to stretch.

Higher temperatures will cook the dough faster. We recommend 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Using a bit of extra flour on your hands, gently stretch the dough to your desired size. Be careful not to tear the dough. It should stretch easily if it has rested long enough. Top the dough with sauce, and any other desired toppings. Bake on the oiled pan until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
