A delicious springtime treat, Semla is a Swedish bun cut and filled with a mix of pastry or whipped cream and a nut based cream. Our first ever Semla features a cardamom brioche, with almond cream baked on top. The bun is then cut and filled with crème mousseline (orange pastry cream + butter cream). It is divine.
