In addition to freshly milled flour and our premium dry goods for your home pantry, the Flourist Mill + Bakery serves our favourite things to eat. The menu is inspired by the foods we ate and enjoyed in our childhoods, from our grandmothers' prairie kitchens to our family dinner tables. This is the food we want to eat everyday and we hope you will too. We've taken great care to source the best ingredients we can find. With full transparency in mind, we've chosen partners that truly share our values of premium quality and traceability.
Sweet Toast
All of our toasts are served on a thick slice of sourdough bread, baked in-house daily using premium Flourist flours milled in-house.
Ricotta + Apple Butter Toast - 10
Whipped ricotta with house made organic apple butter, served on a thick slice of sourdough Pullman Loaf.
Hazelnut Butter + Jam Toast - 8
House made hazelnut butter and blueberry jam, served on a thick slice of sourdough Pullman Loaf.
Pressed Yogurt Toast - 8
Pressed Greek yoghurt with honey, toasted BC hazelnuts and mint.

Cinnamon, butter, honey, toast. A classic with a cup of drip coffee.

All of our breads are baked using our signature sourdough starter and are baked in house daily using premium Flourist flours milled in-house. We don't use commercial yeast or white flour in any of our breads.
