Daily Bread Schedule

We bake using freshly milled flour milled in-house and sourdough methods exclusively. We don't use white flour in our baking.

8:00 AM Daily

Sourdough Boule 

The classic Flourist boule made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.

Sourdough Pan Loaf 

The classic Flourist pan loaf made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.

Seeded Pan Loaf 

60% Sifted Spelt Flour, 40% Sifted Red Spring Flour, 100% seedy.


50% Whole Grain Red Fife Flour, 40% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour, 10% Whole Grain Rye Flour with Quinoa, Farro, and Wheat Berries.

Olive Loaf

Inspired by the Flourist baking team, changing weekly. 

Heritage Loaf

A take on our Classic  Boule, but with 70% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour, 30% Whole Grain Red Fife Flour. 


The only baguette in Vancouver with no white flour. Made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.

1PM Daily

Pullman Loaf 

Famous for its soft crust, perfect shape, and sweet crumb.
A favourite for kids. Buy a half or full loaf. 

4PM Daily

Warm Bread for Dinner 

Freeform sourdough bread warm out of the oven just in time for dinner. Made with our classic sourdough recipe. Just tear and add olive oil.
