Anthony Buchanan La Bise 2021

Made with a blend of grapes from Osoyoos and apples from Kelowna, La Bise was made with a combination of semi-carbonic techniques with a 48-hour skin maceration before fermentation.

Fragrant aromas of watermelon seed, pear, and sour candy with a hint of freshly peeled apple skin.  This unique fruit wine has a fine texture on the palate with expressive flavours of orchard fruit and mouth-watering acidity.
