Organic Whole Grain Amber Wheat Flour
We're so excited to offer this new special wheat variety in limited quantities. Amber Wheat originated in the 1920s, and is a hard-wheat with a rich and colourful history akin to its amber colour. This wheat has high performance baking qualities but also offers farmers an opportunity to build in rotation which leads to greater resiliency in their fields and crops. We love this wheat for bread and pasta making!

Our hand-crafted Austrian stone mill slowly and gently crushes grain at a low temperature, a process that produces beautiful, aromatic, nutritious and delicious flour.
Our sifted flours are passed through fine screens to remove the larger bran and germ particles leaving beautiful, soft and richly textured flour.

Very nice for baking bread. I’m about to try it in pastry.
I got this flour for a friend on the Island who is a weekly sourdough baker. She made a couple of loaves with it when I was visiting and this flour is exquisite. It smells and tastes incredible! I can't wait to pick some up for myself.
This is lovely flour. I made whole wheat blueberry muffins a few times and they were delicious.
