Whole Grain Red Spring Wheat
I live in PEI and make my own sourdough bread. I order my flour from Flourist - across the entire country. That tells you how much I like it! The product is always great, as is the ordering and delivery.

Truly delectable!!!
Oh my goodness, I just made the most delicious sourdough loaf ever. I used 250g of your red spring, 200g of whole wheat, and 50g of rye along with 75g starter, 350g water and 7g salt. The flavour is incredible and just 1 slice more satisfying that a whole loaf of Wonderbread. Thanks Flourist for your dedication to delicious, healthy, and wholesome products!

Great flavour and crumb
First thing I noticed was that my dough felt like satin! Used a ratio of 4-2 whole grain to my regular all purpose. This is my regular sourdough bread but baked in a loaf pan. Beautiful fine crumb and wonderful nutty flavour. Next time I’m going to try increasing the ratio to 5-1. So pleased!
