Our Mill + Bakery on Commercial Street in Vancouver is our flagship brick and mortar location, which specializes in sourdough bread, pastries, local produce and freshly milled flour for your home baking adventures.
Since March of 2020, flour is purchased at the Mill + Bakery through online pre-order only on our Bakery Orders website. Shop our selection and place orders for the next day between 9AM and Midnight every day of the week, including holidays.
All pre-orders are available the next day for pick up at our Mill + Bakery, or for delivery to your address by our team of drivers.
We created this system to accommodate the rise in demand for our freshly milled flour, to ensure you always get what you need. All orders are milled to order to guarantee you are baking the freshest possible products.
To shop our selection of merchandise for local pick-up or delivery, we recommend to pre-order for the next day here, however you can buy select merchandise, whole grains and beans, and grocery items at the door without a pre-order.
