6 piece Pasta Board Set for making all kinds of handmade pasta.
Made from beech wood, each set contains:
- double sided pasta board
- A set of 4 matching mattarelli (small rolling pins) from 1/4"-1" diameter
- A beautiful 100% wood bench scraper
This set has everything you need to make any pasta shape. Each piece is finished with mineral oil & blend of natural bees and carnauba wax.
About the pasta board:
One side of the pasta board has a rolled column, perfect for trofie, maccheroni, fusili, capunti and more. The back side has a traditional gnocchi board pattern, use for gnochetti, garganelli & rigatoni.
Board dimensions: 5" wide x 9" high x 1" thick
This set comes in a linen storage case and is perfect for gifting. Handmade in Vancouver.
