Best Bread Ever
I have been learning how to make sourdough bread for about a year now and what I thought was good was nothing compared to the loaves I made with my new flour. I used 700g sifted Red Spring, 200g whole Red Fife and 100 gram rye to make the two best loaves of bread I have ever made. The freshness and flavour of these flours compared to supermarket flour is unbelievable. Truly, you have to try it to believe it.
