This class offers an introduction to the experience of making fresh pasta with our flavourful, freshly milled flours, specially crafted with the beginner in mind.

Fresh Pasta with Flourist is a workshop focusing on the techniques and tricks specifically required for making delicious fresh pasta using freshly milled flours. In this 3 1/2 hour class, you will learn the basics of making an egg and flour-based pasta dough from scratch with our Baker/Miller Campbell Hart. This includes hands-on instruction.

You will learn how to roll pasta using your new pasta maker, and how to make basic pasta shapes like lasagna, farfalle, and tagliatelle. Class participants will also enjoy a tasting of the pasta made in class, prepared by our team with our favourite sauce. You will also leave with the pasta you shaped in class.

Light snacks and beverages are also provided. Wine and beer will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

Included in the class price is an Adamo Fresh Pasta Maker, a bag of Durum '00' Flour, a bag of Sifted Red Fife Flour, and a Flourist Tote Bag.

If you already own a pasta maker, please contact us to make special arrangements.
