It's Galette Season: 3 Inspired Summer Recipes

Over the past week, we've been delighted to see a few of our favourite people light up the internet with their beautiful galettes featuring juicy summer fruits and berries.
It seems galettes are everywhere this time of year, and for good reason, since they're as tasty as your grandmother's pie without the skill or patience required to fuss with crust. And did we mention our flours are perfect for them? Our freshly milled flours taste even more exceptional when mixed with your choice of fat (our choice is always a good butter) and baked.
Here are the three that we were drooling over this week, from good friends who we trust to know what's delicious.
Peach Galette with Sifted Red Spring Flour
Gayle McLeod of The Soup Solution made this Peach Galette and shared it in her Insta-stories. It's always so great to get a behind the scenes look!
