At Flourist, we produce fresh bread throughout the day, starting with our classic loaves and ending with our Warm Bread for Dinner.
We bake using freshly milled flour milled in-house and sourdough methods exclusively. We don't use white flour in our baking.

The classic Flourist boule made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.
Sourdough Pan Loaf
The classic Flourist pan loaf made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.
Seeded Pan Loaf
60% Sifted Spelt Flour, 40% Sifted Red Spring Flour, 100% seedy.
70% Sifted Red Spring Flour, 30% Whole Grain Red Fife Flour.
100% Sifted Red Spring Flour, Kalamata and Castelvetrano Olives.
50% Whole Grain Red Fife Flour, 40% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour, 10% Whole Grain Rye Flour with Quinoa, Farro, and Wheat Berries.
The only baguette in Vancouver with no white flour. Made with 100% Sifted Red Spring Wheat Flour.

Warm Bread for Dinner
Freeform sourdough bread warm out of the oven just in time for dinner. Made with our classic sourdough recipe. Just tear and add olive oil.
